Nika Yellie Soon-Shiong is an American activist who served as a Public Safety Commissioner of West Hollywood from September 13, 2021, to October 11, 2022.
Nika was born on February 26, 1993 (age 29 years), and is the daughter of Patrick Soon-Shiong and Michele B. Chan.
Soon Shiong’s uncle also happens to be Terrence Soon-Shiong.
She is the founder of the Fund for Guaranteed Income, as well as the co-director of the Compton Pledge and Long Beach Pledge programs.
The American activist began her high school education at Marymount High School in 2011 and then furthered to Phi Beta Kappa.
Nika after completing Phi Beta Kappa gained her master’s at Stanford University where she bagged master’s in African Studies, Bachelor’s in International Relations, and a minor in creative writing.
