Kelly Armstrong
Since 2019, Kelly Michael Armstrong, an American lawyer and politician born on October 8, 1976, has represented North Dakota’s at-large congressional district. Armstrong graduated from Dickinson with his high school diploma in 1995. Before earning his Juris Doctor in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2001 from the University of North Dakota, he spent his first year of law school at the College of William & Mary. He is a member of Sigma Chi.

Kelly is a member of the 117th Congress’ House Energy and Commerce Committee. Kelly was first chosen to serve the full state of North Dakota in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018. Before being elected to Congress, Armstrong was a partner in Reichert Armstrong, which had offices in Grand Forks and Dickinson.
