Kelly Armstrong
Kelly Michael Armstrong, an American lawyer and politician born on October 8, 1976, has been serving as the representative for North Dakota’s at-large congressional district since 2019. In 1995, Armstrong received his high school diploma from Dickinson. He spent his first year of law school at the College of William & Mary before graduating from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2001 and a Juris Doctor in 2003. He belongs to the Sigma Chi fraternity.

Kelly Armstrong’s career
Kelly is a member of the 117th Congress’ House Energy and Commerce Committee. Kelly was first chosen to serve the full state of North Dakota in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018. Before being elected to Congress, Armstrong was a partner in Reichert Armstrong, which had offices in Grand Forks and Dickinson.
