Kelly Michael Armstrong, an American lawyer and politician born on October 8, 1976, has been serving as the representative for North Dakota’s at-large congressional district since 2019. In 1995, Armstrong received his high school diploma from Dickinson. He spent his first year of law school at the College of William & Mary before graduating from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2001 and a Juris Doctor in 2003. He belongs to the Sigma Chi fraternity. He is married and has two children.
